With recent changes to the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, PVG’s are mandatory for all staff, board/trustees and volunteers in Regulated Roles…but what is a regulated role?

The session will cover:

• What is a regulated role?
• What is the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 and how it affects you?
• A Q&A with the Compliance and Training Officer from Volunteer Scotland Disclosure Services.
